4. Payments and Service Terms

  • Payment for tactical management services is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each service.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.

5. Refund Policy

At TacticToolsWay, we are committed to client satisfaction and strategic excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Service Period: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their first tactical management service if they are not satisfied with our strategic approach or tactical methodology.
  • Services in Progress: For ongoing tactical management services where work has begun but the service is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of services completed and administrative expenses.
  • Completed Services: Once a tactical management service has been completed as outlined in the service agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon strategic content.
  • Strategic Packages: For multi-service tactical management and intensive programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of strategic components remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing tactical support and strategic planning subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed within the billing cycle.
  • Tactical Consultation Programs: Individual strategic consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Digital Strategic Access: Access to tactical planning templates, recorded consultations, and strategic preparation resources is non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@TacticToolsWay.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that strategic matters can be deeply organizational. In cases of serious business emergencies, operational crises, or other significant organizational circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, strategic progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns while honoring the tactical nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and organizational strategic information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential information from services without authorization.
  • Recording of tactical sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
  • All strategic insights and organizational sharing within services are to be held in professional confidence.

7. Strategic Practice and Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that tactical management is a professional process requiring organizational commitment and cooperation.
  • TacticToolsWay provides guidance and tools, but clients are responsible for their own strategic decisions and operational accuracy.
  • Our services are professional and strategic in nature, not medical or therapeutic treatments.
  • Clients should consult strategic professionals for complex tactical matters beyond basic operational planning.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to strategic changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Singapore law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Singapore is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
